Frequently Asked Questions.

Pre-Boarding Checklist

Tips for some things that you can get done before embark day!

  • Print out your luggage tags! This has to be done via the site. Check on “More Details” while looking at your cruise to see the luggage tag. Part of the care package included a luggage tag.

  • Make sure you have your documentation ready. Either your original birth certificate or passport.

  • If you haven’t already, book shows or additional dining times for Day 1 and 3.

  • Please wear the cruise shirt on day 1 for our group photo!

Should I take any days off of work?

I suggest you take off Friday and Monday from work. The boat will be departing at 4 PM on Friday and arriving at 6:30 AM that Monday. Getting on the boat happens before that departing time, you can also get on the boat early if you pre-check in beforehand. We will be disembarking the boat around 8:30 / 9:00 AM.

Do we have any group activities planned?

We are going to do a quick introduction session at 3:00 p.m. that Friday. This will be just a quick gathering to kick off the cruise and get to know the group. We are hoping to do a big group photo followed by getting some drinks! Next, we would love to have everyone attend the formal dining event on Sunday night. The rest of the time is up to you! Alexis and I will share our plan for the time and you are welcome to the group or venture off on your own.

How do we communicate?

Highly suggest downloading the Royal Caribbean app, we can use this app to chat as a group while on board.

How do I do early check-in?

Early Check-In starts Sept 26th and can be done via the Royal Caribbean app. We highly suggest doing this as it can provide more time on the ship and speedier check-in.

How do I get on board?

You will need a passport or a certified copy/original copy of your birth certificate. BUT PLEASE, do your own due diligence and review requirements from Royal Caribbean’s site.
